Hi there,

I am living on campus that is a bit weird. Doing certain stuff will require proxy and doing others will not. Therefore I have to change the proxy quite often and navigating to System Preferences and then Network and then changing the location (so that it switches on the proxy) is a bit annoying.

Is there an application that will let me do this from the menu bar at the top? So that I can switch back and forth between two locations (or turning the system wide proxy on and off) with a click or two?

Thanks a lot.

The Location can already be changed from the menu bar. Click on the Apple in the top left hand corner and your locations are listed (just below System Preferences and Dock). Simply tick the one you need.
