Software to set time limit for specific program use?

I'd like to know if there is available some software that I could use to set time limit for using a program. For example, user could play a specific game for 2 hours daily (maybe 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening).

Seems the majority is for Windows, and a couple for Linux. You might be able to run them on a Mac with Crossover, or if you run bootcamp.
