hi there

as the title suggests i would like a software application that will trawl through my emails and show me a list of my newsletters that i am subscribed to and let me unsubscribe from them one by one.

i am are that there is a security issue to think about so a trustworthy application would be preferred if you have any experience using one

thank you

I've found that the only way to do this is "manually, one-at-a-time".

That means:
- receiving a junk email
- checking down towards the bottom for an "unsubscribe" link
- going to that link and manually unsubscribing.

That actually WORKS for me...

Not what i asked for, but thank your for the reply.

I am very PLEASED That actually WORKS for you. . .

Have you tried, in macOS Mail, searching for the word "unsubscribe"? I dare to say that would bring up a long list of emails. Better might be to create a Smart Mailbox that does the search.
