Software Update Broken? What Now?

None of the buttons work, have to force quit to get it to close, where can I get manual upgrades or how do I fix this?

Does it do it in another user's account or the GUEST account? Try repairing Disk Permissions (if you haven't already).

Repair did nothing.

My "Solution"

sudo sh
softwareupdate -i -a

Hopefully once it's installed I'll be able to run software update normally without resorting to terminal.

If not you can download every update directly from Apple.
