Hello,

I have a macbook pro, santa rosa edition.

My problem is that on my Software update I have the 'macbook macbook pro software update' which prevents temporary keyboard lockups. Even though Ive installed and rebooted numerous times it still pops up in the software update!

How can I fix this? Im not sure if its installed yet.
I have tried fixing permissions on the hard-drive without any change in the current status.

UPDATE: I just found out Im not the only one having this problem: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1303246&tstart=0

Best regards

I had the same problem after a clean install (I had all the updates previously). Now after another clean install the update doesn't even show up in installed updates but software update tells me that I do not need the update. I only have 10.5.1, quicktime and itunes showing up as installed everything else is "(null)".
