Software Update freezes

hi..

I try and update my software & it always freezes half way thru.

I'm trying to install the new Safari, and it said I need security 2009-001.
Then I download that & when i tried to install it didn't accept. So I'm hopefully the update would fix, but it keeps freezing.

Any ideas???

The security updates are for... security updates. Safari and the security update won't help with the freezing. Did you try restarting? Some realllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly wierd things can happen! Then after restart, it works. I know this is simple, but you should always tell us what you've done. Even restarting.

But, I'm not a big fan of safari 4. The tabs are hard to select, its been slower then ever, but its got cover flow and the Wall. I recommend you stay there, at safari, 3, or upgrade to safari 3 if your using safari 2.
