Software update in Leopard no worky!

I have run software update a few times but I keep getting this message:

perhaps because Leopard hasn't been released yet they haven't updated their server hence the error message

There is a problem with Software Update in Leopard and Apple's Servers. Apparently Apple know about the problem.

I'm getting that error with the downloaded version but my cousin who lives in Australia says its doing this on his original store bought disc too!

I still have this problem: can't find "index-leopard-seed-1.sucatalog".
Do you think game is over for me ?

Maybe it's because I have the 9A557 ? do you think a patch to update to GM built will be available ?
