Software Update Not Loading?

When I try to search for the latest software update, it just stays stuck on checking for update - any way to fix?

I’ve been trying for a few hours now and I leave it 10 minutes or more and it never loads?

Just did iOS 26.3 no issues.

reboot the watch. after that, start the update from the watch (vs phone) and then turn BT off on the phone. after update is complete, turn BT back on

I’ve tried and it doesn’t work even on the watch - either says try again or just constant loading.

No WiFi as I’m not at home atm,

I believe so, afaik watch doesn't update over cellular
