I get the same error message. Glad it's not just me..

Update: Just checked my old mini with Snow Leopard installed and I get no errors. Must be a Mountain Lion Issue

For me, iTunes says 10.6.3 is the latest version so... maybe they pushing 10.7 update to software update now... (?)

Same here. Software update "The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -1100.)" error on both MBA and MBP.

Let's see: On Tuesday and Wednesday, I had no iCloud Mail. Thursday, no Software Update.

Somewhere there's a systems administrator who's thinking that he picked the wrong week to give up sniffing glue...

The strange thing it works on Snow Leopard but not on Mountain Lion. I was able to update to iTunes 10.7 on my old mini

Update site works for me, but I get no updates, which does not seem abnormal. All updates I think for me are up to date

Florida.....
