    Dear members,

I ran software update and it told me that 2 updates are available. When I tried to install them it simply beach balled! When I tried to run software update again, it just bounced in my dock! I've noticed that other apps bouncing in the dock and not launching! This has happened before right after the 10.5.7 update. Also I could not get a image to appear in any window when I tried to go to the utilities folder/app folder! I'm going to try and restart. What do I do?

If you recall the names of the updates, have you considered manually updating from here?

Their is a problem with some of the drivers in mac os. This probably happened right after the archive reinstall done by apple. So it's back to Bestbuy. Thanks.

Yes apple is at fault here, and they will resolve it.
