Nope, not possible, if you want to upgrade, you need to connect to itunes, you will however loose the jailbreak and will be stuck on 6.1.3 until a new JB comes out

Nothing will happen. That feature is turned off when you jailbreak with Evasion.

Like the user above said nothing will happen.
It will just give you an error saying the update cannot be installed and your phone will stay the same way it is now.
Only way to upgrade to 6.1.3 is to plug it to iTunes and hit restore.
Don't hit update cause then it will get stuck at the apple logo and you will have to end up doing a restore after that.

Anyway, doesn't mean because you see the notification that you can install it.
Try it anyway if you don't believe. You wont get far.

Because they did all the updates on cydia and you didnt.
If you open cydia and go to changes and click update once you do the update for evasi0n untether 0.4-1 then yours will behave the same.
You wont have the notification in settings any more and it will be just searching once you go in settings/general/software update.

And those updates should be done when you first jailbreak or any time later

You can do the updates any time you want.
But sounds like yours you haven't done them cause that update has been out for a long time now.

Bro I had another thread they close it I don't know why the problem is my language I don't speak English very well
Any way I asked a question:
What would happen if I update my jailbroken iPhone software ( iOS 6.1.2 ) using the software update section in my iPhone settings to ios 6.1.3 ??
And one member answer like that :
    3 things might happen

    1) It won't even allow you to do it
    2) Your phone will enter a boot loop where your only option is a DFU restore
    3) Your phone upgrades and you lose your jailbreak.

Do you agree my friend because yesterday you told me that option number 3 could not happen ??

    For the 5th time

If you update by OTA, it will update your phone to 6.1.3 and erase EVERYTHING that is Jailbreak related

    Tweaks
    Cydia

But your apps and settings that are not Jailbreak related should stay the same
