On December 17th, I installed "Security Update 2007-009" (1.0). I am running 10.5.1

Tonight, I checked SU again and was prompted to install the following:

"Security Update 2007-009" (1.1)

According to this KB article,
http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/securityupdate20070091110411universal.html it is intended for 10.4.11

The size of the download was different, too. It wasn't the 27.4 MB update as stated on that article but the same size as the first 1.0 update (35.6 IIRC).

Everything seems to be running okay, but I am curious why SU would request me to add that update.

Does anyone have any ideas, comments and suggestions?

Thank you.

Less buggy than 1.0?

My computer freaked out in a major way from the 1.0 version of this update (kernel panics, random hangs and the only new thing was the update - even after doing a clean install and then downloading the update from Apple instead of through software update).

What are the chances that this or similar will happen with the 1.1 version of the update? I'm just sick of staring at the installer/Time Machine recovery screen :(
