Software Updates notification question

This is my first notification for a software update. It doesn't say what it's for, but I assume it's ok?

How can I insert a picture/screen shot into my post? I tried clicking on 'Insert Image', but it wants a URL. It won't let me select a folder 😕

Whenever you get a Software Update notification, it gives you a link to see details about what's covered by that update.
