:mad:Is anyone pissed like me about the lack of any news of new software packages or upgrades to existing Apple Software Suites (iLife, iWork)? There is absolutely no news at all about any amazing advances being developed with iPhoto or iMovie. Its like Apple has abandoned all software development.:(

Is that a serious assertion or hyperbole??

MacRumors, AppleInsider and elsewhere have all reported job listings for software engineers (read developer) for iLife/iWork and Aperture. They're not dead.

Apple keeps its secrets close to its vest. You'll probably see some indication (if not an outright release) of their plans at WWDC in June.
