What needs to be done before I ship my iPhone to its new owner?

Do I just go into the reset mode and reset / erase everything? Does that clear all my AT&T info??

remember to take your sim card out.

Thanks - both AT&T and the Apple Store told me the same - it is registered to me / my account.

Everything is now erased / reset - now waiting for the 19th.
