I have thought about selling my iPhone 5 and getting a Cyan Lumia 920. The size and weight don't bother me, the inductive charging is a nice feature that I miss from the old Palm Pre days, but I can't bring myself to do it.

I use iCloud A LOT! I have an iPad, iPhone, Macbook Pro, and use iCloud on my work computer. I have an @iCloud email address, use notes, reminders, photo stream, and love downloading music on one device and having it automatically download on the rest. iOS has its boring moments but it works really well and it does what I need it to (really well). I wish buying a phone it was like it used to be and I could switch phones without thinking about ecosystem but I cant. Also, I use Siri every day, many times a day. I use it to read texts to me and respond without ever looking at my phone while driving. I use it with my headphones on to read and send texts and control music playback. I use it to check sports scores. I know many people don't ever use it but I do, a lot. Aside from my XBOX i don't own a Microsoft product so I just cant justify getting a WPhone.

If there was a way to have these features on my iPad, Macbook, and a Lumia, I would probably switch. Enjoy your phone OP, its a really nice one.

Ouch thats gonna be weird driving a sleek sport car then switching to a big mini van! I found out the hard way with the lumia 900. The phone looks good, but way too big and heavy for a 2012 smartphone!

The kool-aid strong in these one....

Tell me about it. I come here since I find it boring to go on a Windows Phone forum and circle jerk about them all day, just like to have discussions about the plusses and minuses of each OS and answer any questions people might have about WP7 or WP8. But yeah...some people are just impossible to do that with.

Until the app problem gets solved, I could never even consider an OS outside of iOS or Android. Sure, Windows Phone has over 100,000 apps now, but most have been abandoned, never ported to Windows Phone in the first place, or are just nowhere near as polished as their iOS and Android counterparts. Examples: no Instagram, Jack'd, Prismatic, official Tumblr app, Fahrenheit, Letterpress, Etsy, or a proper Google Voice app. It's kind of sad really just how anemic the app selection on Windows Phone is. And for that reason alone I wouldn't even think about purchasing a Lumia 920.

It's good to hear that it isn't this monstrously heavy behemoth like the reviews have made it seem though. And I'm glad you're enjoying your new phone :)

MetroTalk is a pretty sweet GV app. I like it better than the official gv app on iOS

Played with a 920 yesterday and hated IE10. When you navigate to a site like Yahoo it brings up the desktop version of the site and makes everything ridiculously tiny instead of going to the mobile version of the website like iOS's Safari does.

Perhaps you have to change a setting...I didn't check. But it should default to mobile.

yes there is an option to default to the full website or default to the mobile version, it gives you choices, something I prefer
