$900 was a good price to sell it at. How much did you get it for?

    Greeting my friend,

My name is Alberto and I am the bastard son of King of Nigeria. I will donate you an apple laptop if you will run this small favour for me, of course. I will need your social security and credit card number and you have to help me into transfering my 4 million US dollars into my Nigeria account.

    I am awaiting your reply.

(I am joking of course, I don't want police knocking on my door tomorrow)

A really cheep dell laptop would just be throwing away money if you're not planning on keeping it.

$900 is really good, considering it costs almost $867 (with california tax) to buy it with a full warranty from the apple refurb store. but i feel for ya. i sold two scotty cameron putters this week, because i, too, needed the money. :(

    one word. Craigslist.

I don't think it was that great of a price - I almost got $1000 for it.

It was in impeccable condition, upgraded to 1GB ram, and came with a cover.

I'll be getting a Mac Pro and MBP combo when I get a small business loan to open my studio :)

    as for now, i'm computer-less. :'(
