I received an email from Evolutive labs that the Solid Suit is finally available. It's available in 3 finishes (brushed metal, marble, carbon fiber) and for all phones. I also received a code for the entire cost of the case minus shipping. Cost me $5 for the carbon fiber case for my 7 plus.

Really hopeful. Supposedly they added significant Grip based on the email.

Carbon fiber finish is notoriously slippery.

Carbon fiber finish is notoriously slippery.

I emailed them and asked about that, the new version is supposed to be much gripper than the first version.

Thank you for contacting us,
The New Carbon Fiber is way more grippy .
The Marble and brushed Steel is also gripper than a PlayProof, though less than the Carbon Fiber finish.

Teflon with oil on it is gripper than a playproof.

Received a shipping email, so I would hope for delivery sometime this week. I am hopeful for this case. In essence a Grippier play proof

Same here. The leather finish solid suit was my favorite case for the 6+, if they made this similar to the evotec feel it should be great. Keeping fingers crossed....

Just received the carbon fiber SS. Based on the look at their site and on YouTube...the CF version is not exactly the same. It is gripper than the playproof, but the inside is different and there is no company branding on the outside. For $5 it's worth it.

I got a code from the manufacturer that allowed the purchase for $0. I only paid the standard shipping

I really like the zero branding, and it fits as tight as nearly every other case I've used. The only case that had a tighter fit than this was the spigen slim fit, but it also caused a lot more incompatibility with edge to edge screen protectors. This solid suit is definitely going to be my main case from now on, nearly perfect.
