Let me backtrack so you get the full story.
I upgraded to Snow Leopard and the HP Scan Pro software (from HP) was not working with my all in one. So I called HP and they said for technical support it would be $35.00 for 14 days of support by phone. Yea right the reason I bought a Mac was because of horrible service by HP. I tried troubleshooting myself and I could not solve the problem, I kept getting an unexpected error in the program though my printer was making some noise. So i went to the get info panel, maybe i could run it in 32 bit, there was not option. I gave up. A few days latter I go back and I saw a checkbox, launch with Rosseta, checked the boxed and it work. Meanwhile HP offered to give me a discounted printer if i sent mine in or a rip of of technical support.
The morale of this story is if your drivers don't work, don't give up, there is still hope, go to get info and change some options
