Solution to Quickly Type in a Note w/o Unlocking Phone?

Hi guys,

Many times throughout my day I'll be walking around when a thought of importance comes to mind and i'll need to type it into my iPhone. However, considering I have a passcode on my iPhone and then have to enter into one of my iPhone apps, such as Notes, it seems a bit cumbersome overall. Especially when I'm walking and want a friend to type into my iPhone their email address and can be in a hurry.

I can only imagine there must be a solution that'll allow me to type in a note without having to unlock my iPhone..

I just searched for Fast Notes in Cydia, considering I already have SBSettings, though to no avail.
