iPhone 13 SOLVED! - HELP! - AT&T Trade-in Old Phone return???

I traded in two phones for iPhone 13 through AT&T's trade-in program.
I received two iPhone 13's today, but there is no shipping box or a label to send back the old phones.

Where do I send it or can I just give them to AT&T store?

They should be sending boxes separately from my understanding. I got an email that they sent it separately

You can trade it in at a corporate AT&T store or wait for the box to come by USPS

I would recommend that also. It’s the most direct way to get ur credits rolling in correctly. Trade it in store.
