iPhone SE 2016 (Global/Sprint/A1723) HOW TO CHANGE BATTERY ?
I can't find any tutorial !
This hardware is specific, not like a normal SE model.
It has no Home Button cable.
When you open it, you don't see any battery or logic board, since everything is hidden behind a metal cover.
I don't want to improvise and break it, so I looked everywhere for a tutorial, but can't find any.
Please help.

That "tin shell" looks like the LCD backing /frame from the display.. That should be attached to the display and the connector and battery are under it.. Have you owned the phone since new? If not someone was in there and didn't put it together properly.. You can see it in this pic

Indeed, looks like the same metal plate. But I'm afraid to break something under this shell while trying to remove it. I looked for a tuto but not even at Ifixit. Thank you for your valuable help.

Well there should be little retention tabs along the perimeter of the plate. If you can locate them gently detach them one by one until they come loose from the chassis. I'll bet the screws that attach the plate to display are missing.. Not sure what you can do about that except buy a new display..

SOLVED ! WHAT YOU SEE IS THE CRISTAL, NOT THE WHOLE DISPLAY, WHICH WAS STUCK, BLOCKED INSIDE.
