SOLVED! Option+Shift+K

For some reason I can't make the Apple logo with Option+Shift+K. I notice this after 10.7.3. Has anyone else notice this, or am I the only one. Is there a way to fix this?

For some reason I can't make the Apple logo with Option+Shift+K.

Make sure you are in a font that has the apple logo. Not all of them do. Helvetica, I know, does.

It works now. I had a corrupt com.apple.HIToolbox.C44EA167-2ACE-5B44-828C-559D614C6135.plist file.
