Some apps freezing on base Macbook 14" pro

I got a MacBook Pro 14" during Black Friday and I have been experiencing freezes that I didn't had on my MacBook Air M1: if I open apple music as soon as Ventura is launched it hangs for like 10 seconds, similar stuff happens sometimes while using apps like preview or adobe reader (during regular use, not after booting up) also when I want to share a picture via the share menu, it kinda freezes and the white glow that appears when I hover on an item on the share sheet stops appearing.

Has anyone been having similar issues? Is it the MacBook? Ventura? Or maybe using the transfer assistant instead of setting the MacBook manually without importing settings and apps has something to do with it?

iTunes was broken up into separate apps a few years ago, perhaps you meant Music or maybe you imported in unsupported apps and that's causing the problem?

It wouldn't be the MacBook. It wouldn't be the OS. I doubt it's settings that migrated from your other machine. Make sure your apps are up to date to ensure you didn't bring over any Intel only code.

You are right, it’s apple music, it looks so much like itunes, that I forgot haha, I changed my original post now

It wouldn't be the MacBook. It wouldn't be the OS. I doubt it's settings that migrated from your other machine. Make sure your apps are up to date to ensure you didn't bring over any Intel only code.

I’ll check, but like I said, I was using a m1 macbook air before, so probably most apps running on it were made for arm, I’ll check just in case
