Do the buttons that press down on the iPhone buttons scratch them up at all? What is underneath that actually presses down on them?

Also does installing a bumper case mean that the headphones go back to the old (apple only) deeper style?

Thanks

under the buttons is smooth plastic, it does not scratch the buttons

the bumper does cause the old deeper style, though not as extreme as on the first iPhone, it still will restrict many headphone cords

also, most 3rd party USB cables will not fit with the bumper installed, unless they are exactly the same size as the apple cable or smaller
