Some buttons don't work/respond

Is anyone else finding some of the menu buttons in ios10 don't respond when tapped?

Ive noticed it on a few back arrows in messages and an option button in music app, takes numerous presses for anything to happen.

Yes. iOS 10 is less responsive to touch.
