Some buttons' don't work!

I need major assistance please. Ok. well first off. my delete button doesn't work for what reason i don't know. and secondly my f11 and f12 buttons don't work anymore as the volume controls anymore! please I need help. I'm a mac🙂apple🙂 n00b🙁

Thanks. But for some reason. The backspace button still doesn't work at all so... but whatever. If someone could tell me why that is. I'd appreciate that so much.😀
