Of course you go, friend zone or not who cares. Maybe even pick some stuff out that you think would look good on her.
For the love of God though, do not say anything along the lines of "Hey, my mom has this one, it would look great on you."

Being able to pull this off successfully totally depends on the kind of guy you are and if you can play it cool. Remember bra shopping means Victoria's Secret or stores like it. If you get freaked out or uncomfortable being in those kinds of stores or turn into a drooling juvenile who points at the mannequin then going on this outing is probably not a good idea.
However, if you can handle that part of the trip then by all means go along. I'd imagine you will be able to tell very quickly where you stand with this girl based on how she interacts with you during the joint venture. For example, does she model for you and want your opinion or does she giggle when you say, "do you need help with that?" On the other hand, be prepared because it very well could be an innocent friend thing and you get left sitting on the bench outside of the store. "Thanks for waiting while I ran in there real quick, do you want to go to the food court and get some ice cream?"

It's a good thing, especially if you are familiar enough with them enough to go container shopping for them...
