Some computers & printers aren't playing nice via airport

Hey all,

So I've got some issues printing via the Airport Extreme. My home network has a Canon hooked up, and my computer will print fine, but my wife's doesn't. Her computer SEES the printer, but says that it's turned off (offline)

Now that I've installed a network at my office, I'm having the same issue- but NO computers are printing. I've got 2 printers hooked to the AEBS via a little hub, and all the computers SEE the printers, but say they're offline.

Any ideas?
