Ok, so I got this error message on install (which I remember reading about when the development builds were going around).

"Some features of Mac OS X Lion are not supported for the disk..."

Basically it doesn't like my bootcamp setup I guess. I don't care about file vault but the recovery HD, and the on-disk utilities for disc repair are pretty big deals and it looks like I won't have them. The official Apple response is to reformat and repartition everything using the default bootcamp settings. Blah.

Will I miss these features? Anyone else getting this on the final build?

I would try fixing the disk permissions by starting up from your original install CD.

The other issue might just be the whole disk encryption, which might not like your current partition set up.

You need to decided if you want these features I guess.

Check if you are trying to install on a RAID partition. RAID is not supported fully by Lion.

Its not RAID. Just a MBP with 3 partitions (HFS+, NTFS, and FAT32 to link the two) using bootcamp to load Win7 on the NTFS. Starting from scratch is not an option since my Windows side is just used for audio production and it takes me hours and hours to get everything installed, set up and working right.
