Some help w/ iTunes syncing please?

Hi I'm trying to sync up apps from my iPhone into iTunes but it seems like it's trying instead to replace my iPhone's apps with the apps already on my iTunes. How do I reverse that process?

Nvm, I figured it out. Please lock.

(For those who don't know, right click on your device in iTunes and select 'Transfer Purchases')
