some help with 32UN880-B on screen display

Afternoon everyone, I have a 32" 32UN880-B and when I bring up the on screen display there is a series of control functions on the left side that was working in the beginning, it had split screen, brightness, and 2 other ones. Ever since the update last year all the other functions have not worked except for the split screen, the others have disappeared. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it.
