Some icons are not working ?

Hello macheads..i know how to change my icons BUT there are some that are not going thru when i copy and paste with the "get info" process,am i missing a step or these are alittle more complex ? i will post a picture of the screen that comes out after download--By the way do you know where i can get black mail icons,thanxs.

 

problem solved.....i use img2icn to fix this....please close thread
