I jailbroke my iPhone but don't know how to download from Cydia (there's no download button).

Is there an app that records whatever you do in MP3 automatically, without a need to convert it from .m4a file?

Is there an app that decreases significantly the minimum backlight to save battery as well as your eye health when you are using it in complete darkness?

What about an app that lets you view and choose post titles from a blog or site which would download to iPhone in a more readable format (font size automatically to big enough and text width such that there is no need to scroll side to side)?

Forum rules state no thread bumping (just fyi) I use SB Setting for brightness. if you don't have it's a must imo

What website? As soon as you view the package in Cydia there will be a button on the top right that says install.

Man he is failing left and right. I would suggest just rejailbreaking and watching some utube videos.

i found it back again but i am not sure what i clilcked on to get to it. I thought the first time i found it when i opened settings but i guess not?

Go on youtube search Jailbreaking and Cydia watch a few video's in. Ickarified is a good site. other then that well Jailbreaking isn't for everybody you might be one of them. I not trying to be mean. just trying to save you future headaches. also you might read the stickies at the top of this forum.
