Well, you could always get the Speck satin-touch hardcase, which makes it look black (besides the interior) and also protects. I have it and it looks elegant to me, feels nice on the fingertips, yet sturdy, and the apple light shows through.
 
There is a site that paints your Mac for you. I keep forgetting the name. It Colorware or something like that....

Yah it's Colorware... but it cost $500 to paint plus another $200 to ship it then maybe tax?
Quite pricey... around $2100 for a low end 13" MBP to be painted black.
I rather just buy stickers to make it black which is good enough for me.
 
Just a suggestion, but Decalgirl does do custom skins... Why not contact them and tell them you would like a bottom piece too?

Edit: After looking at the bottom of my Mbp, I'm thinking a bottom part is not really necessary and wouldn't really work that well on a unibody anyway.
