Okay, so after I install programs....how do I access them later? What folder will they be under? Also, how can I dock programs? Like I want adium on my dock...

In windows, folders have paths like C:\juiceman311\music...how do the paths work in a mac, and how do I look through my directories (the equivalent of windows' My Computer?)

They'll usually be in your Applications folder. Drag them to the Dock to keep 'em there. :)

paths work pretty similar in OSX however they follow the unix standard of labeling drives as volumes and not by letter numbers. you can always get your path by selecting the file and doing a command-i keystroke or File>Get Info

Yeah, it is pretty cool. Try it in a few different apps for varying results.
