Some packages (such as Barrel, Infiniboard, etc.) aren't showing up in Cydia?

I was checking this video out, and wanted to download some of the tweaks that were shown, but for some reason, none of them are showing up in Cydia for me? Please help. Thanks.

you need to make sure you add the source under manage, where the pkgs are located ex: http://apt.thebigboss.org/repofiles/cydia/ with is where Barrel is located
