I purchased the iCoolsoft DVD Ripper

Successfully used it on my older DVDs . Now I am having difficulty however with a new Disney DVD, purchased last December ("Cars 2"). When importing the DVD, the tool finds no less than 80 "Titles" (i.e., "films") ALL of which show a runtime of approximately 1:40! I selected the first in the list, which did successfully create an MP4 file, but was in fact only the first 30 minutes of the film (file size 0,6 Giga). I therefore searched the remaining 70-odd other "Titles" to try and find the remaining chapters, but in fact most contain a "repeat" of only these first 33 chapters (i.e., the first 30 minutes or so of the film). There are others containing the remaining chapters from the film, but however are completely flip-flopped / random order. Although I can imagine it would be technically possible to search each individual clip and move it up or down in the list, but I can't imagine such painstaking work is required with a tool as automated as your own!

Have you encountered this bug before? Is there any way for the tool to recognize the entire DVD, particularly the scenes in correct order?

Anyone used iCoolsoft DVD tools can give me some help?

    Thanks.

Yep, this is quite common for Disney DVD's.

Insert the movie and have it play on the computer. While it's playing look in the Menu Bar and find where it shows the title. Use that. On my Cars 2 DVD it was 15.
