Hi there.

I have been enjoying iTunes match for a few days now and I'm wondering about a few features that would be useful to me.

First of all, is there any way to follow the link that connects a matched song (in my library) to the song in the iTunes store it was matched with?

I figured that by clicking on the "Ping" button aside each song there appears to be such link, but it doesn't work very well. I think it actually searches the iTunes library using the name of the song as key, and quite often it leads you to the wrong page.

However, a direct and precise information must be available to Apple, because if I delete the copy of the song from my library, I can always download the exact song again. I also understand that the link may be one-to-many (the same song can appear in multiple albums or collections) and that some songs are matched even though they are not available in the iTunes store of my country, but these issues do not appear so severe to me.

Second, is there any way to access detailed song information from iOS?

In iTunes, it is possible to see when a song was purchased, the bitrate, the play and skip counters, etc. In iOS one can only see the name, artist, and album. I know there are a few apps that can tell you the play count, but I'd like to access the whole record just like iTunes does.

I did some searches and could not find any (iOS) App that implement these features. Does anybody know if they are available at least at the API level, for example for Apple Script?
