Some tracks in /iTunes Music/Music folder

Looking at my iTunes folders I have noticed that some tracks in users/user/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Music

Has this somehow messed up? None of this is purchased from Apple, it is all my own rips from CD's or from supplied downloads from vinyl purchases.
