I'm having the exact same issue with my Beats Solo 3! I will try deleting the plist and see if that helps. Thanks for the tip.
It's a temporary fix. Hopefully Apple will resolve this quickly.

The same thing is happening to me with Logitech keyboards and mice, apple devices work fine. Re-pairing the devices doesn’t fix it. Definitely something’s up with Bluetooth.
Yep, Apple definitely messed something up with this update.

I have had problems with my steam controller staying connected even with a cable attach
Can you explain me how were you able to make it work in first place? I'm trying to use my steam controller and so far no dice.

Just pair it via bluetooth or connect a USB A to USB Micro cable between the computer and the controller. Seems to be working fine now with my second controller. I think my problem was a bad USB port on the first controller.

My Xbox controllers wouldn’t connect to my AppleTV after the 15.4.1 update. After scratching my head for a bit, I connected them to a PC with the XBox Accessories App, applied the latest firmware update for the controllers, and they’re working great again.

Just paired my steam controller last night and used the dongle that comes with it. Works fine now. Played Shadow of the tomb raider for about an hour and didn’t disconnect once.
