Everyday, more people are unable to use FaceTime on the iPhone, just like any other phone.

Why would it be any easier to download a free app than a paid one? They're coming from the same place.

The user probably tried download free apps to see if downloads from the App Store were working and is just specifying that they weren't about to spend money to give some free micro-reporting to us.
