So i've got some questions about windows, it happens to be on my pc, not my MBP, but here we go. Lately, i'll find that explorer.exe will be using 50% of my cpu, AMD dual core, and i have to end the process and start a new one to get it to stop using my cpu. Also, every now and then i'll be watching a movie on media player, and it'll lock up when i try to pause, or change anything. then after that, i'll try to open firefox, outlook, or do anything, and i'll get a <"whatever the application is".exe - bad image check against installation disk> error!! Then i will have to restart to do anything without. I don't want to reinstall windows, for it is a ton of problems, and anyone who has used sony's sonicstage music software knows its a death trap. I don't want to apply all my settings again, but this is getting annoying.

Help Please!!
