The fade in/out effect seems quicker.

A change that is immediately noticeable = The calendar in notification center is now more collapsed and doesn't take up as much space.

Spotlight has lost it's animation and its less stuttery

Slide to unlock now has an arrow pointing to the left.

It looks like they've fixed the folder backgrounds so they're not all the same color. Now they better reflect the part of the wallpaper that's behind them.

anybody else that was facing the locked up iphone issue requiring a home plus power reboot, can you let us know if theres any improvements once enough time has passed.
initially mine was only doing it once a few days, but for some reason over the past week its been doing it almost 4-5 times a day.

They fixed the glitch where the wallpaper turns black when you open the app switcher while in an app and then close that app.
