Somehow possible to get IOS 13 on 5S

so bare with me pls, iphone jailbreaking is a complete new thing and so ... My only Question is

Is it possible somehow to force Ios 13 on Iphone 5s ? The retarded app i want to use has a mandatory update that requires Ios 13 and well the highest i can go is 12.5.5.

Would appreciate any quick anser
