Hello


actually this is the first problem that i faced and i didn't find a solution for it everywhere :(


suddenly, i got some e-mails that shows i have purchase some apps from store and that wasn't me. when i check my itunes account i noticed that someone add me to shared purchase, believe me i never enter fake links or enter my account in another place

even of that, i cant enter family setting and leave

and the worst thing ever i cant download or update any app , because there is some purchases maded and there is no balance in the shared card which is choosed as payment method

Download the Apple Support app and open a ticket with support. Since it involves a breach of privacy they will have to set up a time to speak with you on the phone to fix the problem.

i cant download or upload any thing

it seem like an icloud issue , because even when i sign in to store with different account it wont download any thing

Call apple. Someone stole your Apple ID info. The same thing happened to me recently. You are not getting charged, so that is good. The person's info they have that is the "host" of the family is getting charged.

i call them , actually 2 hours and at the end they tell me that my issue will be transfer to IT section in US :/

Why :/ ?
Who else you think could clear this up better than the IT guys from Apple US?
If the 1st and 2nd level support can't sollve an issue, they forward it to responsible department.
Thats the best thing that could happen...
