I have had my X since new. When I transferred to my new 12 Pro it had me enter our main iCloud password to transfer purchases. After that it said I had some purchases under another AppleID. It was an email I did not recognize. I skipped that one. I can’t see any missing apps. No idea about music.

How could that even happen? No one else has had access to my phone.

Have you every synced your phone with content from a friend? Have your ever downloaded music from online and synced it with your phone? If so, that is why you got that message.
 
No clue. My wife and I pooled all out digital music years ago but it is not hers either. Oh well.
