I noticed today that there is a mysterious MacBook listed as one of my devices on the find my app. Making me extra paranoid is the fact that the name of the device “MacBook de Anna” in Spanish and I am not Spanish or in a Spanish speaking country but I have been dating a girl called “Ana” who IS Spanish for a few weeks…

Looking further into it I found this thread https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/find-my-iphone-detecting-someone-elses-mac.1542235/

It suggests this issue is likely due to my not removing an old MacBook from iCloud properly when I sold it, which is possible.

I can’t track the device but it does sometimes appear as online.

I just wanted to check if anyone knows anyway I can be sure that this wasn’t the girl I am seen breaking into my iCloud account to spy on me. I didn’t get any new login emails and there’s no unusual trusted devices in my login list.

I suppose you do already know that your girlfriend (Ana) has a MacBook?
That, to me, is a strange coincidence that you date someone with a similar name to that mysterious new addition to your Find My listing. Did you rule her out (because you found out by asking if Ana has a MacBook, and she said "No"...)?
