and have made purchases. I was getting emails about how to change my apple password (I never initiated it). Then I found out about the purchases. Now I can't even reset my password -- the security questions have different answers and, even though apple says it'll email me the new password, it never arrives. I think they managed to change my email addy too. I can't find a phone number to call for support. Every time I try apple puts me through some unrelated automated call system, which does not help. Any advice? Thanks.
