Someone logging into my iphone

Emergency!!! Help!!!someone logging into my iphone
After installing some tweaks and apps I started to have problems. After an installation my iphone started to move alone and deleting files and copying texts from my iphone messages. I uninstalled it again but im afraid that someone is still able to login into my iphone. What can i do to prevent this?

Does someone have an idea what happened?
